Where Are You Located?

I run the business from my hometown of Pittsburgh, PA. None of the signs are actually made here or by me personally. I partner with other people who can make the signs for me and I create the designs.

How Soon Will You Get Back To Me?

We generally answer all customer emails and messages within 24 - 48 business hours. However, on the weekends and during holidays it can take up to 72 hours. The business is just me and 1 other part time person so cut us a little slack. Don't worry, if you get in contact with us we will get back to you.  

Shipping

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Item?

Please read the product description of the item you are purchasing to get an estimate of how long it will take for you receive your item. We also give estimated shipping time on most signs when checking out.

We can't give exact dates that you will receive items. If you need an item by an exact date please contact us about faster shipping options. At certain times of the year and for certain products we do offer expedited processing and shipping.  

Where Are My Items Being Shipped From? 

Most of our signs are made in China. I get them made over there and bulk shipped over to shipping centers within the US and then they get packaged up and sent to you. So they get made in China, bulk shipped into the US and then individually packaged up and shipped to you either through USPS, UPS or FedEx depending on size. 

Will My Order Have A Tracking Number?

Yes, it will. Once the sign arrives in the US you'll get either a USPS, UPS or FedEx tracking number e-mailed to you. It can take up to two weeks for us to get a tracking number.

Why Hasn't My Tracking Information Updated?

Please don't worry if when you try to track the package it doesn't work. Even after we get a tracking number for you it can take a few days for anything to populate.

I Still Haven't Received My Order. Where Is It?

If it is still within the estimated shipping and handling time that we provide in the product description there isn't a reason to worry. Keep in mind these are personalized products. We don't carry these in stock. Every sign is made only after it is ordered. 

It may not seem like a big deal but every sign order has many parts to it. When a personalized product is ordered we have to create a design specifically with your personalization details. Then that design file has to be turned into another file to be able to be made using the machine. 

It also isn't practical or even sometimes doable to just make one sign at a time. A lot of times we need to wait until enough orders pile up and make them in bulk. 

When you factor all of this in it can sometimes take a week or two for your sign to just be made not even including shipping. 

We aren't Amazon and can't match their fast production & shipping. If a smaller company says they can make a similar sign faster they most likely are using a machine that isn't commercial grade and is made more for hobby use. The quality may not be the same as ours.  

Please keep all of the above in mind. 

With that being said, If it is passed the estimated shipping and handling time for your item and you still haven't received your order please contact us at support@therowdylodge.com and we'll look into it for you.  

Do You Offer Faster Shipping? I Need An Item By A Certain Date. 

Sometimes we can offer fasting shipping. Please contact us before ordering if you need a sign by a certain date.
