How Long Will It Take To Receive My Item?

Please read the product description of the item you are purchasing to get an estimate of production time. We also give estimated shipping times when checking out.

If you need an item for a specific date; please contact us.

Where Are My Items Being Shipped From? 

Our signs are Made in the USA, right here at our facility in New York!

Will My Order Have A Tracking Number?

Yes, it will. We will email you the tracking number as soon as the label has been created.

Why Hasn't My Tracking Information Updated?

Please don't worry if when you try to track the package it doesn't work. Occassioanlly a package misses a scan and requires an extra day or two to update.

I Haven't Received My Order. Where Is It?

If it is still within the estimated shipping and handling time that we provide in the product description there isn't a reason to worry. Keep in mind these are personalized products. Every sign is made only after it is ordered.

If it is passed the estimated shipping and handling time for your item and you still haven't received your order please contact us at support@thebeerlodge.com.  

Do You Offer Faster Production? I Need An Item By A Certain Date. 

Sometimes we can offer faster production. Please contact us before ordering if you need a sign by a specific date.
