At The Beer Lodge, we take pride in creating custom products made just for you. Because many of our items are personalized, we’re typically unable to accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. That’s why we offer a 90-Day Guarantee on all purchases. 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.
