Can I add my logo or just text?
Our ice cube can have either text or a logo. The ice cubes are 2"x 2", so detailed logos will not work.
Will I see a proof before it's made?
For logo-based designs, we will send you an email with a link to approve or make changes. For text-based designs, we typically send them straight to production, unless something looks off. Each design is carefully reviewed by a team member.
What if I need a change to my design after I order?
There are typically only a few hours to make changes before production starts. So please contact us ASAP if you need to make a change.
Choosing Your Mold
How long do the cubes take to make?
Ice cubes will freeze in about 4-6 hours. You can store ice cubes in a container.
What colors does this mold come in?
We can make them in black, blue, or red. Your logo and/or text print in the same color as the rest of the mold. The mold color does not impact the ice cubes.

Can I use this outdoors?
Yes! These hold up great outside and clean quickly with soapy water. However intense, long-term exposure breaks down the chemical bonds, making the surface sticky or brittle over time. These will work great at your outdoor bar, but you should put them away when not in use.

Yes. It's made from FDA food-safe, BPA-free silicone. Wipe it down with soapy water or run it through the dishwasher.
